A manual lymphatic drainage massage is a gentle pressure massage that moves lymph more efficiently through the body. Lymph is a clear fluid that carries toxins, waste, excess fluid, and white blood cells. Because the lymphatic system does not have a pump, its manual drainage results in improved digestion and circulation, decreased inflammation and bloating, regenerates tissues, and reduces inflammation.

Each massage is tailored to the client based on their concerns.

My life changed when I learned the art of MLD, as the two worlds of health & beauty collide. My background: I have worked as a Registered Nurse for over 5 years. Currently, I work in cosmetic surgery as a qualified RN, and obtain continued education certificates in: Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage Masterclass, and Wood Therapy Practice.
